You agree that, in the unlikely event of an emergency, we have permission to share vital safety information with other responsible agencies (e.g. the emergency services).
If you request it, we will provide you with details of the records we hold, and will delete these should you wish. Your records will be deleted automatically one year after our last contact.
Anonymised information on workshops and other activities (e.g. comments) may be retained for analysis or marketing purposes.
